Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the YourEdge AI Integrations website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

YourEdge AI Integrations provides done-for-you AI system design, development, and managed support services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI workflow audits and consulting.
• Custom AI system architecture and development.
• System integration, deployment, and configuration.
• Ongoing managed support and optimization.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement between YourEdge and the client.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to relevant systems, tools, and information needed for the engagement.
• Designate a point of contact for communication and approvals.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Ensure that any data or content provided to us does not violate third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom systems, automations, and configurations built specifically for their engagement. YourEdge retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge developed during the course of our work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including setup fees and ongoing managed support fees, will be specified in the service agreement for each engagement. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, workflows, and data as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. Clients agree to keep proprietary YourEdge methodologies and system architectures confidential.

Limitation of Liability

YourEdge AI Integrations provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of all completed deliverables. Any outstanding fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
